Please find below a list of the current roles within the Club, and also details of who is currently filling those positions.

You will notice that there are some names in red - these are the roles which weren`t filled at the last AGM but still needed to be done in order for the Club to function. These roles have therefore been `covered` by people already doing one (or often more than one) other job. As you can see, we need far more volunteers than we`re getting - the people in red are doing more than their fair share of work just to keep the Club running.

Please distribute this list amongst players and cajole/persuade/urge those not helping out already to do so, perhaps you and a mate could spread the duties of one job between the two of you. All roles should be assumed to be vacant at the AGM (with the probable exception of Mr. President!) - the membership should not be assuming that the current Committee will cover all these roles next season; in fact they are likely to get a shock if they do assume this as in many cases this is no longer physically possible.

Any members of the current Executive Committee are happy to discuss roles with members who need more details. People coming forward and sharing roles are very welcome, we just need more volunteers, including family and friends of current members.
